Pros

High Quality Sound.  With any Grado product you know you’re going to get at least one thing every time: great sound.  The iGrado headphones are no different.

Open Air Earphones.  This style of earphones are also known as on ear headphones.  They may not be perfect for the gym, but they are perfect for anyone looking to take their workout outdoors and still be aware of their surroundings.

Can Be Used for More than Just Working Out.  The problem with many workout headphones is that often times you might prefer a different style or slightly better sound quality for something like watching movies on your laptop.  If you’re looking for an all around great pair of portable headphones, then the iGrado fit the bill.

Cons

Earpads are Comfortable but Not Sweat Resistant.  While Grado made these headphones specifically for “portable listening”, they didn’t take into consideration sweat resistance.  It’s not a huge deal, especially if you don’t sweat a lot because the earpads are so comfortable, but if you break a sweat easily then you may want to look into some different workout headphones.

The iGrado Headphones look very similar in appearance to the very popular Motorola S305 Bluetooth Headphones.  They utilize a neckband style which has become very popular among runners, and also feature open air earphones, more commonly referred to on ear headphones.

One thing that has been pointed out about the iGrado Headphones is the nonadjustable neckband.  It’s not always common that neckband headphones are adjustable, but a common complaint about the iGrado is that they run a tad small and tend to be a little tight.

At the end of the day if you’re tired of jamming tiny little earbuds into your ear then some on ear headphones like the iGrado Headphones may be perfect for you.
