The new line includes 2 models:

• adidas Sport Supernova. Will include noise isolation
• adidas Sport Response. Will not include noise isolation.

In addition, each model will utilize Monster’s Purse Monster Sound, patented SportClip, and 100% sweat-proof design.

Similar to Monster’s iSport, both will also feature ControlTalk in-line mics for hands-free control of calls and music.

The Supernova is slated to release at $49.95, while the Response will start at $99.95.

Both will be available in July 2015.

The Monster iSport Immersion In-Ear Headphones are only for those athletes who are serious about their training.  These sports headphones were built with one thing in mind: ultimate high-perfomance training.

Pros

Sweatproof AND Waterproof.  Earbuds are made with a water tight seal, which means they are completely sweatproof and washable.  They also claim to be sand proof for all you beach lovers.

Innovative SportClip.  Monster utilizes an in ear clip that allows a super secure and comfortable fit during any activity.

Control Talk Capability.  Ability to hook into your iPhone or other smart phone for hands free calling.

Noise Isolating.  Just another reason these are one of the best overall workout headphones.  They block out enough sound to allow you to focus, but not so much that’s they’re unsafe to wear outside.

Style and Design.  These sports earbuds look sharp, period.  You can grab them in blue or black.

TheMonster iSport Immersion Headphones are very comparable to the Bose IE2.  They both use a small sport clip that fits inside the ear, but not inside the ear canal (just outside the ear) to keep the headphones in place during exercise and training.  We’ve only seen the ear fin (or sport fin) technology on the Sennheiser CX 680 and the Bose IE2.  This is quickly becoming one of our favorite systems for ensuring the workout headphones stay in place and comfortably.  In addition, the sport clip technology implemented by Monster also has a swivel effect for added comfort, which we found to be extremely helpful in achieving the perfect fit.

In addition to a rotating sports clip they’ve also included OmniTip earbuds.  They put a lot of focus on comfort and created earbuds that actually allow for micro adjustments by using a swivel nozzle (see below) that pivots.  The collateral benefit is that not only does it increase comfort but it also increases sound quality.

The tangle free cable also comes equipped with inline controls.  If you’ve ever tried running  and changing songs at the same time you know how much of a pain it can be.  In line controls are a must for those who want to enjoy their tunes without really interrupting their workout.
