Secure Tips: Lock Your Apple Earbuds In Place

Lots of great Apple accessories continue to sprout up on Kickstarter and Secure Tips are just another example.  If you’re familiar at all with the popular Bose IE2 headphones then the idea behind Secure Tips may seem familiar.

Essentially they are just small silicone ear fins that attach to your Apple earbuds and help add a secure fit.  Once fit over the earphone the ear fins will sit just outside the ear canal keeping your earbuds from ever falling out, perfect for the active listener.

Unfortunately as of writing this Secure Tips have only reached about $5,000 of their $50,000 goal they need to hit by August 1, 2012. If you think they’re a great idea like we do then make sure you head over and pledge.  If you pledge $20 then if they’re released you’ll get a Secure Tips kit which includes (3) different size ear fins (small, medium, large).
