You sure (pun intended) can’t go wrong with Shure SE115-K Sound Isolating Earphones. Sorry that wasn’t a very great pun. The truth is we love just about everything made by Shure. If you want quality sound, you want Shure.
Pros
Sound Quality. Probably some of the best sound quality you’re going to find in earbuds for this price.
Sound Isolation. Also referred to as noise cancelling headphones. If you’re working out in the gym, let’s just say there won’t be any ambient noise preventing you from going to your “happy place.”
Detachable Cable. Have a problem with the standard cable length? No problem these headphone cables are detachable, which allows you to purchase longer or shorter cables, depending on what suits you.
In-line Controls. No more reaching in your pocket to adjust volume.
Cons
Secure Fit. Now don’t take this the wrong way, these headphones are amazingly comfortable. But, they don’t have the typical features we like to see with a lot of sports headphones (i.e. neckband, earhook, clip, etc.).
Price. One of the most expensive pair of earbuds we’ve tested to date.

If you do most of your training in the gym, these are definitely some of the better workout headphones you’ll find. The sound quality and sound isolation features work so well that we don’t recommend these to athletes that spend most of their time outdoors, as it is an obvious safety issue when you’re not aware of your surroundings because your music sounds so dang good.
Another thing we absolutely love about Shure headphones are their customary inclusion of a “fit kit”. Essentially they provide you with varying cable lengths and multiple earbuds (foam AND flex). This allows you to interchange components of the headphones in order to achieve the optimum fit.
If you are gym rat that loves music, you need a pair of these headphones.
